Pac-man's whodunit mystery adventure prt 6

there's a mystery at the smash hq, someone keeps leaving not so pleasant messes on pacman's fire hydrants. and he is not happy about it one bit. Now the arcade hero will go on a vigilante mystery adventure with mario and kirby tagging along, to figure out who keeps peeing all over pac-man's hydrants.

pac's got one last suspect to chase down
Lucario: seems he has escaped pac-man's dungeon but is being pursued as a top suspect now!

but seems that mario and kirby have found the real culprit, and its not a dog, or a goddess, or even a man.
it seems that Morton Koopa jr has been vandalizing pac man's property and not using the public restrooms like he should. too bad pac-man's gone crazy and hasn't noticed. but it seems out culprit will get away without being caught, he's bonked mario and soon kirby to hide his guilty crime. maybe pac will catch him in the act eventually.

okay now i am aware that there is a DA rule about showing a character peeing and such, but to avoid trouble there is no panel where you see them actually doing such an act. and the one panel that reveals morton as the criminal, well he's not actually shown, in fact he only finished so i feel that could be sufficient enough not to be troublesome right? caue really i do not want trouble alright....
besides even i think drawing that is nasty, only reason i came up with this comic was the whole pac-man having a fire hydrant in smash bros thing and i just needed to get these jokes outa my head.
